Polar Temp 7′ x 12′ Refrigerated trailer equipped with a XP13000E generator

The Polar Temp 7×12 Refrigerated Transport trailer is a robust, energy-efficient solution for temperature-sensitive transport needs. Constructed with pre-painted steel exteriors and G90 galvanized interiors, it features 4-inch thick foam-insulated walls, ceilings, and floors for superior R-values and durability. The trailer includes a full decking system, side door, and step bumper for ease of use. Its advanced refrigeration system, powered by a generator or standard electric current, ensures reliable temperature control. 130 liter New Brunswick BioFlo 6000 Mobile Pilot Plant Fermentor with Automatic Sterilization

The New Brunswick BioFlo 6000 fermentor is a highly versatile pilot-scale system designed for various fermentation and bioprocessing needs, accommodating vessel capacities of130 liters. This mobile system is built on a stainless steel skid equipped with lockable casters for easy relocation. The 130-liter vessel, constructed from 316L stainless steel, features a polished internal finish, jacketed design for efficient heat transfer, and multiple ports for sensors, sample addition, and other utilities. The fermentor supports automatic sterilization with programmable cycles and precise temperature control via an RTD sensor integrated into the system. Agitation is driven by a top-mounted, AC variable speed motor with Rushton impellers, ensuring efficient mixing and oxygen transfer rates. The system also includes a thermal mass flowmeter for airflow monitoring and optional automated backpressure control for enhanced process control. Automatic pH and DO controls allow customization to meet specific process requirements, making the BioFlo 6000 ideal for diverse research and production environments.

The Eppendorf BioFlo 320 fermentor is a compact and versatile system designed for bioprocessing applications, featuring a 10-liter stainless-steel dished-bottom vessel with a direct-drive system for efficient mixing. The system includes automatic controls for temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), mass flow, and mixing, ensuring precise environmental regulation for microbial and cell culture processes. This specific configuration features four peristaltic pumps, three thermal mass flow controllers (TMFC), and a pivot arm-mounted touchscreen interface for user-friendly operation. The Shimadzu TOC-LCSN Analyzer is a versatile and high-performance system designed for the precise measurement of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) in various water samples, including wastewater, drinking water, pharmaceutical water, and saline water. Utilizing 680°C catalytic combustion with a Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) detector, the TOC-LCSN ensures complete oxidation and high sensitivity, detecting TOC levels from 50 ppb to 30,000 ppm. The Thermo Scientific™ Thermolyne™ Largest Tabletop Muffle Furnace

The Thermo Scientific™ Thermolyne™ Largest Tabletop Muffle Furnace, model F30428C, is designed for applications such as annealing glass, determining volatiles, catalyst research, and ashing organic and inorganic samples. It features a 45 L (1.6 cu.ft.) chamber with heating elements on the top, bottom, and sides, ensuring enhanced temperature uniformity. The furnace operates within a temperature range of 100°C to 1093°C, with a stability of ±1.2°C at 1000°C and uniformity of ±3.45°C. The advanced LED digital controller allows for a single setpoint with ramp and dwell capabilities, displaying both setpoint and actual temperatures in °C or °F. Safety features include user-selectable overtemperature protection, open thermocouple protection, adjustable power output from 1 to 100%, a built-in vent port to remove contaminants and moisture, a 0.95 cm (0.38 in.) rear chamber port for independent temperature monitoring, a 35 A circuit breaker protecting critical components, and a door safety switch that stops power to the heating elements when opened. 1200°C Compact Split Tube Furnace

The OTF-1200X-S50-LVT is a CE-certified split tube furnace designed for heating samples up to 1200°C. It features a compact design with a 2-inch (50 mm) outer diameter quartz tube, allowing for efficient sample processing. The furnace includes stainless steel vacuum flanges with a KF25 gas outlet and a digital vacuum gauge on the right flange, facilitating connections to a mechanical pump for achieving vacuum levels up to 1E-2 Torr. A 1/4-inch barb gas inlet on the left flange enables operations under flowing gas conditions. Additionally, the system comes with an OMEGA 1/4-inch O.D. K-type thermocouple that can be inserted inside the tube to precisely measure the sample’s temperature, with readings displayed on the OMEGA calibrator. The precision temperature controller provides up to 30 segments of heating and cooling steps with an accuracy of ±1°C, ensuring precise thermal management for various experimental requirements.

Parr series 4600 1000 mL Non-stirred Pressure Vessel rated for 1900 psi at up to 225 °C

The Parr Series 4600 Pressure Vessel Systems are designed for bench-top operations, offering 1.0 liter capacities. These vessels accommodate various sealing options: FKM O-rings for temperatures up to 225 °C, FFKM O-rings up to 300 °C, and flat PTFE gaskets for temperatures reaching 350 °C. An optional high-pressure flat gasket version allows for a maximum allowable working pressure of 2900 psi (200 bar) at 350 °C. Both fixed head and moveable vessel designs are available, with an optional pneumatic lift for the 2-liter models. The larger diameter of these mid-size reactors permits special modifications, including internal cooling coils, bottom drain valves, ball valves for solids charging ports, catalyst addition devices, condensers, and electrical feed-throughs.

Parr series 4700 22 mL Non-stirred Pressure Vessel rated for 1700 PSI at up to 300 °C

The Parr Series 4700 General Purpose Pressure Vessel is a compact, non-stirred reactor designed for various laboratory applications requiring high-pressure conditions. Available in 22 mL capacities, the vessel features a 1-inch inside diameter and are constructed from Type 316 Stainless Steel, with alternative materials available upon request. They are engineered to operate safely at pressures up to 1700 psi (115 bar) and temperatures up to 300 °C. The vessels utilize a flat PTFE gasket or flexible graphite seal, secured with a screw cap, ensuring reliable sealing under demanding conditions. Each vessel head accommodates a single opening, which can be configured with an “A” socket for a 4310 Gage Block Assembly, or with 1/8″ NPT, 1/4″ NPT, or a rupture disc assembly, providing flexibility for various experimental setups. Due to their size, these vessels are typically heated using ovens, baths, or similar general-purpose heating devices, as specialized heaters are not provided by Parr for this series.

SHIMADZU GCMS-QP2010 SE with a AOC-20i Auto Injector/Auto Sampler

The Shimadzu GCMS-QP2010 SE is a single quadrupole gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer designed for stable and cost-effective analysis of complex compounds. It features a high-performance quadrupole mass filter that ensures high sensitivity in both quantitative and qualitative analyses. The system incorporates a front-opening chamber, allowing for easy maintenance and reduced downtime. Paired with the AOC-20i Auto Injector and AOC-20s Auto Sampler, the system offers enhanced automation capabilities. The AOC-20i provides reliable and reproducible sample injections, while the AOC-20s accommodates up to 150 samples using 1.5 mL and 4.0 mL vials, significantly increasing laboratory productivity. The system intelligently distinguishes between vial types by reading information from the vial tray in use.

The Shimadzu Prominence LC-20 HPLC System is a modular high-performance liquid chromatography platform designed for precise and efficient analytical separations. Central to its operation is the CBM-20A Communication Bus Module, which enables seamless integration and remote control of system components. The LC-20AD Solvent Delivery Unit provides accurate and stable solvent flow rates from 0.0001 to 10 mL/min, ensuring reproducible chromatographic results. Biogas 5000 Portable Analyzer with H2S, H2, CH4, CO2, O2, temperature, and pressure sensors

The QED Environmental Systems BIOGAS 5000 is a portable gas analyzer designed for accurate monitoring within biogas applications. The Hewlett-Packard (HP) 5890 Series II Gas Chromatograph is designed for separating and analyzing compounds in complex mixtures. It accommodates both packed and capillary columns, providing flexibility for various analytical needs. The system includes five heated zones as standard: two detectors, two inlets, and one auxiliary, allowing for simultaneous operation of multiple analytical methods. The oven temperature can be programmed up to 400°C in 1°C increments, enabling precise thermal control during analyses.
