2/27/2021 We recently moved our operation to Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility for better real-world research useful for Water Industry!

Conducting real-world research useful for water industry innovation has been an important career goal of mine since taking this remote position at Virginia Tech.  With the support of Loudoun Water, I am able to station a research team in Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility where I can have 7/24 access to genuine wastewater samples and treatment facilities in support of my most needed, application-oriented bioprocessing research. This one-of-a-kind University-Utility collaboration allows me to prepare graduate students capable of solving urgent technical challenges at the water industry frontier.
